Xansa survey shows analysts want more emphasis on Business Process Outsourcing
Over two-thirds (69%) of City and Wall Street analysts believe that Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), the management of outsourced business processes, can improve a company's share price. A further 64% think that BPO can have a significant impact on a company's profitability.
This is according to a new Xansa survey of 100 sell-side analysts in the UK and US conducted by MORI for Xansa, the Business Consulting, Information Technology and Outsourcing company.
