The group was committed to unifying and streamlining business processes to drive profitable and sustainable organic growth. Diageo also wanted to upgrade and rationalize core information systems and integrate back-office services.

The solution
Xansa was responsible for Diageo's Operational Effectiveness Programme. We implemented a global SAP platform to integrate shared back-office services.
