BEST is a charity that focuses on helping young people gain a better understanding of their skills and ambitions. This organisation aims to increase the employability of young people by strengthening the links between education and business. Xansa volunteers get involved in various activities such as practice interviews and the Enterprise Challenge where volunteers facilitate and ensure team work. Six volunteers are currently involved in the programme, and we intend to expand this to better serve the 19,000 young people who participate in BEST in the Manchester area.
