Enabling Grants are cash grants made by Xansa to help employee volunteers develop community projects in which they are involved. For example, grants may be made for start-up purposes (including seeking professional advice) or, in the case of an established community project, for materials to help kick-start an aspect of its activities or to cover the costs of a specific project being undertaken.
Matching Funds awards are made by Xansa to support employee fundraising activities. For example, previous applications for matched funds have covered fundraising events from cake and book sales to sponsored events like swims, slims, and cycles.
