On 4 June 2007 Mr A R Cox, Chief Executive, resigned as a Director of Xansa plc and will cease to be an employee of the Company on 31 August 2007. Pending appointment of his successor, Mr W J Alexander has been appointed as Non-executive Chairman and Acting Chief Executive.
