Xansa recognised at ATSCo awards
Xansa Recruitment was awarded a special commendation in the Technical Staffing Company of the Year award at the 2006 Association of Technical Staffing Companies (ATSCo) Awards. The award recognises best practice excellence in client and candidate management, employee development and community involvement. Xansa was commended for the highly professional quality of its submission presentation and content. This combined with, their management ethos and the quality of operation was deemed to make them outstanding in the sector.
This commendation reflects the Xansa Recruitment model which ensures rapid placement, streamlined processes and minimised costs through proven best practice processes, procedures and innovative solutions. The commendation is an endorsement of how Xansa Recruitment works to support ATSCo's objective of "providing a clear set of business standards that enable prospective clients, contractors and permanent candidates to have confidence in their selection of an ATSCo member".
Peter Holliday, Operations Director, led Xansa Recruitment's nomination against strong competition from ATSCo Member Recruitment Companies, who between them represent more than half the UK Recruitment market place. The Judging panel commented:
"Each year since the awards were introduced, the entries have increased in quality and this year's submissions were no exception. So much so that, although Xansa was unsuccessful in winning the accolade for a second year in succession, it was not as a consequence of their activities during the period under consideration, nor for the quality of their submissions, either written or verbal. On all fronts, the judges felt that Xansa deserved a special commendation for the exceptionally high level of quality operational activity, communication and presentation. They are a tremendous credit to the IT staffing sector."
Isaac George, Managing Director, Xansa Resource Management & Training commented:
"I am delighted that Xansa Recruitment has been recognised by ATSCo for the third year running. The special commendation, following on from our award win last year, recognises the expertise and excellent service that Xansa Recruitment provides to its clients, enabling them to focus on their business priorities. Our solid partnership approach coupled with flexible client management ensures we can adapt to our clients varied needs and challenges."
