Our community policy The focus for Xansa's community activity is to provide people with the tools to help themselves. Our fundraising efforts are volunteer-driven, with employees devoting their time and skills to help schools and work with young people.
Our aims
Prioritise activities which help young people maximise their potential to lead successful working lives, especially through the medium of information technology.
Directors are authorised to spend up to 1% of Profit Before Tax each year to support Xansa's community investment programme. In 2007 this came to: £154,064
£43,000 matching funds and enabling grants in 2007
£21,000 Funds raised across the UK and India for charitable funds and educational projects during Do More Day in 2006
